7-step standardized approach to painting

Step 1

Complimentary site visit - no obligations!

All jobs begin with a complimentary site visit by one of our experienced project managers - don't worry, there are no obligations to choose us as your painting provider! A site visit is necessary to find out your needs and assess the condition of your walls, in order to provide you with an accurate quotation.

Step 2

Receive a quotation

Following the site visit, our project manager will then issue the quotation to you. There are no obligations to accept the quotation; however, if you wish to do so, then we will lock in your choice of paint products and colours, and confirm the painting date.

Step 3

Careful protection of your home

On the day of painting, our painters will begin with a standardized approach to cover all your furniture and flooring with high-quality plastic sheets - all to prevent any unwanted paint splashes. Of course, we will be extremely careful when moving your items around.

Step 4

Skilled workmanship by experienced painters

Painting starts with proper wall preparation by plastering any hairline cracks and nail holes, as well as sanding to make sure the surface is as even as possible. After this, our painters will skillfully apply a minimum of 2 coats of the paint of your choice.

Step 5

Clean-up and shifting back furniture

After the painting, we will do a thorough walk-through of all areas to remove the plastic coverings and clean up, followed finally by moving all your furniture back to their original positions.

Step 6

Handover

The final step of our service is to handover the finished project back to you - we will conduct an inspection of the paintwork together with you to ensure maximum satisfaction of workmanship.

Step 7

Warranty

All our painting jobs come with a 18-month warranty, which covers peeling, flaking and blistering of paints.

Any warranty for your painting services?

Definitely! All our painting jobs come with a 6-month warranty, which will be extended to 18 months with add-on sealer coat.

What kind of surfaces can you paint?

Reliance Painting has partnerships with a wide range of paint brands that we use for all surfaces, including:

Do I need to move out or leave the house during the painting?

Absolutely not. We only cover, prepare and paint the areas that we can work on and finish that same day. Our painters make sure the surrounding furniture is restored to its original state and that no trash is left behind at the end of the day.

What if my walls have some hairline cracks or nail holes?

All these will be plastered before painting with no additional charges.

How long does a typical painting job take?

It usually takes 2 days for us to paint your HDB/condo unit. Landed and commercial properties will naturally take longer, depending on the scope. The duration also depends on the condition of your walls and if other prep work is required.

Do you work with interior designers?

We do! We only need to know the scheduled painting date, and we will take care of the rest.
